The Challenge

Although the company has the ability to produce a broad variety of integrated systems and projects, presenting these capabilities in a coherent and consistent manner to prospective buyers was challenging. Brand visibility and awareness among potential buyers was very low. And different groups within the company were presenting entirely different value and identity messages, depending on the service they were providing.
